Japanese Chicken Salad
All time favorite pleaser
chickens (cooked breasts, cut into pieces or strips)
scallions (thinly sliced)
poppy seeds (can use less depending on taste)
Whisk dressing items together in bowl until thicken and desired sweetness. Can also use agave or other natural sweetener. (sugar, rice wine vinegar, salt, pepper, canola oil).
Toss all salad ingredients together.
Add dressing, toss again.
